Ginseng Gold Roast Chicken
Ingredients - Herbs & Spice Need:Uncle Sun Ginseng Chicken Soup
(A) 1 packet of ginseng chicken soup, 2 liters boil water. Tiny amount of salt and pepper
(B) 1 chicken, Tiny amount of salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon soy sauce
(C) Thicken cornstarch water
Instruction:
1) Put in ingredient (A) and boil then reduce the flame and for 1 hour.
2) Add in chicken and cook for 10 min, take out the chicken and apply some soy sauce on skin then apply some salt and pepper inside the chicken.
3) Dry up the skin and oven with temperature 200°C, 30 min until it turn into golden color, then take out and cut into pieces.
4) Pour a cup of ginseng chicken soup and boil it, then add in (C) and drip on the chicken and you can enjoy the meal.
