Ingredients - Herbs & Spice Need：Uncle Sun Abalone With Chicken

(A) 1 packet of Abalone with chicken soup, 1 kg chicken bone, 3 liters boil water, Tiny amount of salt and pepper

(B) 300g big prawn, 300g fresh fish, 1 immersion squid, 10 fish ball, 150g meat, 200g fresh squid, 1 只蚧, 10 pcs niang tou fu (stuffed bean curd), 50g enoki mushroom, 300g white cabbages

Instruction:

1) Boil up ingredient (A) and reduce the flame and cook for 2 hour.

2) Filter the chicken soup in to other pot and cook then add in ingredient (B) until fully cook and it is ready to be served.
